With increasing health risks such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases linked to UPFs, it is essential to empower students with the knowledge to make healthier choices. By promoting the understanding of food labels and balanced nutrition, we aim to create a well-informed generation that prioritizes health and well-being.
Our initiative focuses on schools and colleges across Delhi. Targeting students aged 13-21, we will collaborate with educational institutions to create a safe and engaging learning environment. By conducting seminars, interactive sessions, and practical activities, we make the topic of nutrition and food choices accessible and relatable to young minds. We will also involve teachers and staff to ensure long-term reinforcement of the message within these communities.
